Zesty fresh herb, bell pepper and jalapeno notes lead the nose and palate. Coconut and agave anchor each sip, which echo with sage, thyme, jalapeno and a hint of smoke, finishing brisk with lemon peel, cayenne and a cooling, mentholated exhale. Aged two to three years. The weighty cap is shaped like a tahona, the stone wheel traditionally used to crush agave for distillation.
