Cancellations and returns

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

All orders are fulfilled by licensed retailer.

Shipment of alcohol cannot be left unattended.

Don't worry about being home to sign! We offer 1,000’s of UPS and FedEx Pick-up locations

Shipping isn't included on the price, packages are generally dispatched same day and are shipped via UPS or FedEx with tracking number and labeled "Alcohol adult signature required." Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

We back what we pack, special care is taken to protect fragile objects, our unique boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. More importantly  we are a wine merchants and have a great respect for our product, so we take great care in making sure that you receive wine that has been properly taken care of. Our store is temperature controlled and is never allowed to get warmer than 64 degrees. In addition, we inspect every bottle before it ships to make sure that the cork is in good condition.

La Vinotheque understands that unfortunately, despite our efforts there will be times when products may be damaged during delivery. If your package clearly shows signs of damage or leakage or if the merchandise is damaged at the time of delivery, please accept the delivery, contact us immediately to advise us of the damaged product(s), hold all goods until advised by us that they can be disposed off.


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Excepting that you receive something other than what you ordered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Orders cancelations are accepted for any reason. You can cancel items or orders that haven't entered the shipping process yet. Go to Your Account and select the order you want to cancel or please contact us during our normal business hours as soon as possible, preferably by email to for the fastest response.


1. You decide you don't like the taste or don't want the Product.

2. You received the product as a gift and want to exchange it.

3. You overbought and want to return excess product(s).

4.  Any delays caused by failed delivery attempts through no fault of the shipper.

Any wine, beer, or liquor you can’t return them to most states in the U.S. and thus all sales are final.
